Welcome New Sponsor Budget Car Rentals

It's a real pleasure to welcome Budget Car Rentals as our newest sponsor - and to be able to offer you $30 off weekly rentals and 10% off all other rentals through Budget when you follow this link.

On our trip down to visit with P-Dub last year, we rented from Budget and it was a very pleasant experience from the moment of reservation through when we turned in the keys. Their service is excellent, the van was clean and well-maintained and the price couldn't be beat.

Thanks to Budget for their support of the show!

Remember you can always find the latest special offers from our sponsors at OFFERS.NOEBIE.COM on the Web.

Joey Defrancesco

I just got word by email that we have permission to play one of my favorite artists on the next Frank Truth - Joey Defrancesco.

Joey is, quite simply, the finest Jazz organist on the planet. He came into the spotlight at the tender age of 17, and has been burning the B3 ever since.

My dear friend Joe Placido first introduced me to Joey's music years ago and I've beeen a fan ever since.

With five consecutive DownBeat Critics Poll awards under his belt, Joey Defrancesco is known as "the baddest in the business."

Look for the episode some time next week.

Show #104: Frank with Dean and Jerry

On The Frank Truth Sinatra Podcast this week, from a January 18th, 1952 NBC Radio Broadcast, Frank Sinatra appears on The Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis Show. This episode is a "simulcast" of my other show The Comedic Genius of Martin and Lewis.
Dino sings Bella Bimba, The Little White Cloud That Cried and Out In The Cold Again. Frank Sinatra sings I've Got A Crush On You. Jerry and Dean cut up on These Foolish Things, and Dean and Carol Richards duet on Gimme That Old Soft Shoe.

This episode also includes an additional 15 minute special edition that aired after their regular time slot (sponsored by Buick in anticipation of the new models being released the next day).
