Songs By Sinatra

Originally Broadcast on the CBS Radio Network on October 24th of 1945, this time we're listening to "Songs By Sinatra" - Frank Sinatra's Radio Show, with special guest Tommy Dorsey. The orchestra was conducted by Axel Stordahl, and the Pied Pipers were also on hand. Though the quality of the recording leaves something to be desired (not having been intended to survive past the initial broadcast), these old shows give us insight into the music and culture of one of the most amazing periods of American history.

Songs
  • Night and Day (Opening Theme)
  • I'll Buy That Dream
  • Getting Sentimental Over You
  • Never Too Late To Pray
  • Tampico
  • Without A Song
  • Somebody Loves Me
  • This Love Of Mine
  • Oh, Look At Me Now
  • Detour
  • After I Say I'm Sorry
  • There Are Such Things
  • Everything Happens To Me
  • I'll Never Smile Again
